Windows 10 build 17758 ISOs now available as 17758.1004 hits Slow ring

While Fast ring Insiders are getting treated to a fresh October 2022 Update test build today, Microsoft isn't leaving Slow ring Insiders out in the cold. But don't become too excited: today's release is simply a cumulative update.

If you're in the Slow band, you'll now be able to download Windows 10 preview build 17758.1004. While it's a minor, incremental update, Microsoft says that information technology contains all of the fixes that were included in build 17760 and is designed to help test the company's servicing pipeline.
